Can low-waste succeed at this year's Tri?

This Sunday is the YWCA triathlon, and I will again be lead volunteer of the Green Team. Will the attempt to collect organics for recycling go better than last year, or will things go terribly awry again? I've tried to correct and plan for all the things that went wrong last year ... we'll see!
