I'm proud of my new workplace, the Hennepin County Environmental Services Department in downtown Minneapolis. Many people talk the talk but don't walk the walk, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was thrilled to find they use real plates, mugs, bowls and utensils in their breakroom, which is equipped with a dishwasher, AND they collect organics! I've hit the jackpot!
